Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Johnson-Controls NU-NCM300-700 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cisco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Applied-Robotics-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the PC700B20304006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PAMC4TI manufactured by Cisco and we are pleased to be able to service most Cisco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QS200NPT3S653 by Manufacturer Applied-Robotics-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westinghouse Brand PC700A10103003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schleicher such as P03CPU20 equipment made by Schleicher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schleicher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schleicher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PGGLOBL1701DPRO made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular PW48111 original spares produced by Yokogawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R45HEAAR2NSNV00 by Pacific-Scientific and P03CPU20 spares by Schleicher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R28088 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Video-Jet.
